O afflicted one, storm-tossed, and not comforted, Behold, I will set your stones in concrete, And your foundations I will lay in sapphires. (Isaiah 54:11)
Thoughts: God says for those who have been beaten about by the storms of life- those tossed from pillar to post- that He will stabilize them with His peace. God will make us steady when we cannot steady ourselves. Those who have been tossed about will be anchored down. We are not alone in the storm. God is there to grant us peace and stability.
Prayer: Lord, keep my soul safe in the storm.
