WSC: What is the main teaching of the scriptures?
A: The main teaching of the scriptures is we are to believe about God and what God requires us to do.
Thoughts: The scriptures tell us what to believe and what to do. Belief without action is dry. Action without belief is hollow. But action that is the result of belief is a beautiful thing. In our day, we believe that the scriptures only inform us of what we are to believe and do, instead of being the source for our lives as teh Word of God.
Prayer: Help me to believe in your goodness O Lord.
