25Now to him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, 26but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all the Gentiles might come to the obedience that comes fromf faith— (Romans 16:25-26).
Thoughts: The mystery of God remains hidden until Christ comes and sets us free from darkness about God. There is a sense that God revealed Himself fully to the Gentiles only after Christ came. Now all people may know. Christ is the light of the world that pierces the darkness.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for opening to me yourself and your hope.
