The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, and their tongues speak what is just.
31 The law of their God is in their hearts; their feet do not slip. (Psalm 37;30-31)
Thoughts: This is a confidence we have in God. In God we can stand steady and strong. A runner knows they need the right kind of shoes to keep good traction, and not slide down. When God's Word is a part of you, and you have digested it regularly, it makes us more wise, more fair, and in being wise and fair there is traction in life- and purpose in life. But more than that, God blesses those who show trust in Him by taking time to listen to Him, enabling them with wisdom and steadfastness.
Prayer: Help me to be wise, just, and steady God. Help me to put your law in my heart.
